— Our Story

Pepe, from Ibiza.

“Pepe Roselló opened his first club in Sant Antoni in 1963. Since then, he has turned every project into a landmark.”

In 1989 he took over Space Ibiza, which for 27 years was named best nightclub in the world 13 times. In 2022 he returned to the Sunset Strip where it all began — the coast of ses Variades, birthplace of José Padilla’s chill out.
He opened Space Eat & Dance in a historic 1950s building. The same place. The same passion. Now also for dinner.

— The legacy

Space Ibiza,

the best 13 times.
For 27 years, Space Ibiza was much more than a nightclub. It was the epicentre of electronic music worldwide, a place where artists, residents, and travellers from all over the planet came together.
Named the world’s best nightclub 13 times, Space defined an era. The open-air terrace, the sets that started at sunrise, the one-of-a-kind energy of every night.
Pepe Roselló built something that went beyond entertainment: he created a culture. And that vision is still alive today, in every detail of Space Eat & Dance.
— The place today

The Sunset Strip,

where it all began.
Space Eat & Dance occupies a historic 1950s building on the ses Variades coastline, Sant Antoni’s legendary Sunset Strip. The same promenade where José Padilla invented chill out and where generations have come to see the sun go down.
Our wooden terrace sits right on the rocks, facing the Mediterranean. Mediterranean cuisine, signature cocktails, and live music every sunset.
The same place. The same passion. A new way to experience it.
